I'm Kadri Elmaz, and I wanted to create a Chilli sauce where quite simply "Sweet Meets Heat!"

I'm very passionate about bringing authentic Turkish flavours to your table.

I took a lot of time creating each Chilli sauce to deliver bold heat and incredible taste using only the freshest ingredients.

Every sauce tells a story of Ottoman tradition and modern craftsmanship.
